All the components gradually find their way into the assembly of our Aces In The Cockpit desk.
Different materials, details and finishes are carefully composed to eventually become a coherent unity.
And it is this conceptual coherence that has to transcend beyond the sum of its parts. Only then, a mere composition of elements will evolve in a solid, good design.
So hopefully we will end up with a good design, instead of just a well intended gathering of random design cues like so many of the “designs” nowadays.
