We manufacture our products exclusively in accordance with the customer's personal preferences. That is why we do not keep stock or manufacture in advance.

The Ultimo Parri products are provided ex-works at our Production Facility in the Netherlands. Please contact us to discuss your preferred shipping method. We will help to select a specialist company to handle your shipment, Customs, VAT, and other import requirements, and we will be assisting you in the process to the best of our abilities. As our client you can always contact us to support you where necessary. Remember that import logistics and duties will remain the responsibility of the client, however, Ultimo Parri will be on hand to help through every stage of the process.
Because our products are exclusively produced to order, returns are unfortunately not possible.
We produce our products with passion, attention to detail and according to the highest quality standards. Nevertheless, each product is unique and handmade by various highly skilled artisans, so an imperfection can occur in rare cases. Please contact info@ultimo-parri.com to let us know, we will always be willing to solve the matter with you as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed, we will send a deposit invoice. After payment of the deposit we will make an appointment to go through all specific personal preferences, wishes and additional extra's.
At this point we will also establish an estimate of the following realization process and delivery of your unique Ultimo Parri product.
